Yesterday Lance Armstrong's Discovery channel Team averaged more than 35 miles per hour during the Tour de France. 35 miles per hour, on a bike. There are a lot of times I wish I could average 35 miles per hour, in my car.

Second, according to MSNBC, Compton California, home of Dr. Dre, Snoop, Ice Cube and a host of other rappers, is now officially part of the housing bubble. According to MSNBC you can't get a house for less than $210,000 and prices have increased 20% in the last year, all to live in a part of LA made famous in a rap song.
